This popular event will give companies an opportunity to send employees offsite for training at no charge.  Attendees not only benefit from the educational program, but are offered the opportunity to meet their peers from neighboring companies and experience a factory tour.

Typically there are three or four presentations with a strong educational focus.  These talks are conducted by supplier Members of the Institute who are subject matter experts and volunteer their time for the benefit of the industry.  

Lunch at these events gives attendees a chance to relax and socialize before going on a foundry tour.  These tours often prove to be just as educational as the classroom program, as the tours are conducted by the knowledgeable employees.
