INCAST, the only monthly magazine published exclusively for the investment casting industry. In September 2003, INCAST expanded its reach to users and buyers of investment castings worldwide.
With this expansion, INCAST reaches three major audiences: (1) investment casters; (2) those who supply equipment, products and services to investment casters; and (3) designers, specifiers, buyers and end users of investment castings in markets such as aerospace, industrial gas turbine (IGT), automotive, medical, recreation and general industry. No other casting magazine reaches this specific nor this qualified an audience.
The extended editorial content of the magazine opens an advertising opportunity to investment casters. Previously, advertising was limited to companies that supply equipment, products or services to investment casters. Now casters themselves have a vehicle for reaching OEMs.
Since INCAST is published by a subsidiary of the Investment Casting Institute, its content is tied closely to the needs of Institute members. The extended reach of the magazine corresponds to an Institute goal to increase member benefits and promote the industry as a whole.
The Investment Casting Institute is the largest investment casting trade association in the world. Since the bulk of technology, as well as the largest concentration of casters, is located in the North America, much INCAST information comes from these sources, but circulation, editorial coverage and advertising come from throughout the world.
