Membership Application Instructions
Starting in 2024, the ICI offers membership to investment casting industry customers, on a site-by-site location at a significantly reduced rate when compared to foundries and industry suppliers. This membership category entitles approved applicants with full access to Members-Only privileges, including but not limited to Training Programs, Event Discounts, and INCAST Magazine subscriptions.
Limitations
Service on the ICI Board of Directors and voting rights are the exclusive right of North American foundries (Regular Members) and North American investment casting industry suppliers (Regular Affiliate Members).
Allied Professional Membership is not available to those customer sites with investment casting foundries. These locations are encouraged to apply for Regular Membership in the Investment Casting Institute.
Instructions
Please complete Page 2 of this application, which is required and applies to the primary site applying for ICI Membership. If multiple sites are included in this application, the ICI requests that this page be completed for a North American operation, if applicable.
1. Member Data - Primary Site Point of Contact - This data shall be used for all member communications and shall serve as the primary point of contact for annual dues invoicing and payment. The Primary Point of Contact (Official and Alternate Representatives) has the authority to add or delete company employee access to the Members-Only website.
2. Company Description – This data will be used by the ICI in support of program development pertinent to your operation and will better enable us to support your industry needs.
3. Additional Points of Contact – Please complete this grid for your employees to which Members-Only website access should be initially granted. On approval of your application, the ICI will establish appropriate website privileges for both the Primary and Additional Points of Contact. You can also indicate whether these individuals would like to receive INCAST Magazine in hard-copy by selecting Y in the appropriate column. All POCs indicated shall have access to the digital Magazine on the Members-Only site.
Page 3 addresses payment. Payment may be made by credit card, check or by electronic fund transfer (which is preferred). Dues payment must be made in its entirety for the first year of Membership.

On your first anniversary as a member, you will receive an invoice for prorated dues for the balance of the calendar year. Thereafter, membership dues will be due on January 1st for each subsequent year.
Membership will be automatically renewed each year unless member requests cancellation in writing on or before Nov. 30 each year.
IMPORTANT NOTE
If any answers or statements are false or materially or substantially false or untrue on this application and accompanying documents, then such applicant will be barred from membership and any dues paid will be forfeited to the Institute. Applicant, by signing this application, swears that information contained on this and all other accompanying documents is true and correct.
