Tim Sullivan

Executive Director

Tim Sullivan is the Executive Director of ICI, with over 30 years of leadership across the investment casting industry, legal affairs, and corporate strategy. Formerly of UPS before serving as Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Hitchiner Manufacturing, he is a Tufts and Suffolk Law graduate with credentials from Harvard Business School. A governor-appointee to the New Hampshire Compensation Appeals Board, he has also held board leadership roles with Southern NH Health, SolutionHealth, and the Aircraft Builders Council.

Erin Almaleh

Jennifer Cioffoletti

Erin Almaleh brings over 25 years of experience in graphic design, print production, and trade publishing. Before joining ICI in 2014, she spent 13 years producing RF and microwave magazines at Octagon Communications. She holds a B.A. in English, studied graphic design at Bloomfield College and Noble Desktop, and is certified in Adobe InDesign. Erin also has experience managing content across multiple social media platforms.

​Jenn Cioffoletti supports ICI’s accounting, database, events, and daily operations. She brings experience from EJC Systems as office manager and from roles at Mercedes-Benz USA and Volvo Finance NA. Her background includes accounting, purchasing, audits, and process improvement. Jenn is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt recognized for improving contract audit systems and ensuring accurate payment allocation.

Business Administrator

​Nora D’Ambra oversees ICI’s administrative operations, including HR reporting, contracts, insurance, member onboarding, and management of the Association System, members and e-commerce website, and social media. She coordinates member communications and plays a key role in ICI events, managing speaker logistics and program coordination. Before joining ICI, she supported operations and recruiting at Bryant Staffing, handling payroll, client reports, and pre-employment screening.

Meetings + Events

Barbara Tiseo has managed ICI events since 2015, overseeing the Technical Conference & Expo, Certification Course, Spring Management Meeting, and more. She also coordinates Board and committee meetings. With a background in payroll, purchasing, and systems training at Paychex, Prudential, and a family business, Barbara brings broad administrative expertise and a collaborative spirit to the team.

Accounting Manager

Margureta Watson manages all financial reporting, analysis, and tax preparation for ICI and INCAST. She joined the ICI in 2015 and brings nearly 20 years of accounting and office administration experience. Her background includes roles at WinSystems of America, Nissei Electric USA, and launching a small business. Margureta holds a B.S. in Accounting and two master’s degrees from Rutgers University.
