Program Overview 

Day One
Two parallel tracks allow attendees to engage in content that best fits their role:

• Rising Leaders Track: Personalized leadership skills, authentic communication and presentation, and structured connection sessions.
  
• Industry & Operations Track: Sessions tailored to business operations, strategy, and industry-specific guidance for seasoned leaders.
  

Day Two
